“Happiness is…”

“…a warm puppy” (or two)!
~Charles M. Schulz

Meet (Tiger)Lily and Tramp! These well-behaved, four-legged family members were SO EASY to photograph! (Maybe even easier than most children…? Yup, I said it.) Could’ve been the pockets full of treats… Would you believe they’re just puppies?

I love how totally unhelpful this poll is right now! As I'm writing this, the votes are split totally equally! You're just too good. 🙂

oh jamie, its really hard to choose just one- they are really great! I think the fruit one would be great for a kitchen, but in the end I went with the tree one, because I think it has some interesting composition & can go anywhere in a house!

wrapping up 2009 (a little late)

So we’re almost a full month into the new year (and I’m still struggling with writing the correct date!), how is that possible!? Here’s a little photo refresher of how 2009 has gone for backporch creative!

Thank you to all who have let me photograph their lovely faces, families, and happy occasions! Happy (belated) New Year! There are already bunches of things scheduled for 2010 so be excited, I know I am!
